[FIXED] [SoD][General] Respawn in Second Wing

When players go up the elevator, and activate the RP where Bolvar spawns and talks, Players should have already unlocked the checkpoint, without needing to engage any of the bosses. Currently, you have to engage any of the bosses to get the checkpoint. As of right now, if players die and release, they will respawn at start of the Eye of the Jailer.

Difficulties: Normal/Heroic/Mythic
