[FIXED] [Sod][EoJ] UI Bug and Duplicate boss

**Issue(s):**
1. While heading the the Boss's platform, the Ui for the boss to appear does not work. While dealing with the adds the bar of it does not grow or hitting the red marker to cause the boss to appear.
2. The Boss itself have 2 versions up at same time. 1st one is the normal (unfriendly) one where needs to fill the meter to come to the platform and the 2nd one is the boss itself
3. If the players pull the adds on the left side of the platform , it triggers the boss to start the encounter
4. Apparently,on the add phase to deal with the smaller eyes, the other Eye of the Jaler (unfriendly) just heads to the platfrom and attacks everyone on it, unable to attack it
