Character name: Lussypicker
Bug description: I needed to abandon this quest as I was stuck in the chair while eating, now I cannot retake the quest as the quest giver is underground and as per location, there is no way on entering the building.
After research, it was stated that you can use the portal at /way 58.8 29.9 to re-enter and take the quest, the portal cannot be used once quest has been abandoned, proof if below.

Proof: Portal is not working while standing on it, nor can I click anywhere

I cannot continue with the campaign until this has been resolved.
