On retail, on 9.1.5 the demonic consumption is 15%
On retail on 9.2.5 the demonic consumption was 12% ( nerfed )

On the srv actually 9.1.5 the demonic consumption is already 12%

Some proof calcul :

I have 54400 HP my pet(felguard) have 54400*0.75=40800
The calcul : (petMaxHP*0.15)/10
Demonic consumption with 15% --> 612
The calcul : (petMaxHP*0.12)/10
Demonic consumption with 12% --> 448

In my screenshot you can see the power absorbe at 448
And the WA mesure at 612 wa have the good calcule : 15%
