Qbittorent download stuck on "stalled"

Bug description: I've tried to install the client multiple times; I've deleted and re-downloaded everything, I've tried to "force resume" and other options, I did the read-only instructions, but nothing has worked. It's been stalled every time - a friend says this is due to a lack of resource with the torrent I'm trying to install, but this cannot be the case. I just want to be able to play again lol

I have plenty of space on my computer as well as a 64-bit system. I'm just confused and frustrated. If I've overlooked any instructions, I apologise, but I've done everything required.
