According to the video I’ll link below, it should proc while you’re generally in combat, meaning it’s almost impossible to lose stacks during intermissions at different bosses.

New issues =>

1. Stat bonus is 0 for all ranks.
2. Soul Fragment on rank one is 14 stat per stack, not 15
