Bug description: While attempting the Trail of Echoes quest, when I use Khadgar's wand, the echo isn't being shown like it's supposed to. Instead, I just get a sigil that appears in front of me, with a spot on the ground where the echo is supposed to be activated, but nothing else happens. I can't proceed with this quest.
