[DUPLICATE] Ephemeral Snowflake not procing at ticks

Dupa cum zice si titlul, Ephemeral Snowflake nu procuieste la tickuri de hoturi. "You gain 11 mana each time you heal a target with one of your spells." - eu zic ca e destul de clar. Daca nu, aveti aici si aici commenturi care sa sustina faptul ca ar trebui sa procuie.

+11 mana la spell
+0 mana la ticks

in mod normal ar trebui sa mearga...dar probabil e bug ceva....nush ce sa zic...
