[FIXED] Seal of Righteousness

Seal of Righteousness - the damage component of the seal does not deal it's appropriate damage when an opponent dodges, parries or blocks the seal infused attack. The seal also doesn't do the damage of the seal component when releasing a judgement skill upon an enemy. (The seal component should still deal damage even though an opponent dodged,parries or blocks the seal infused attack. Judgement skills should also be infused with the damage of the seal component of the Seal of Righteousness.)

Just tested on retail servers , if the target dodges/parries / you miss , the seal doesnt do any damage. If you dont believe me i will post the proof tomorrow.

When you miss - you shouldn't do any damage provided by the seal. The bonus is always provided unless the attack misses (Misses and Dodges,Parries,Blocks are different) - that means that the seal bonus is applied when your attacks hits the target and when your attacks have been dodged, blocked or parried by the target. Part of the issue stills remains however - Judgement attacks should gain the extra damage provided by the seal component. (Only with the Seal of Righteousness)

I've created a trial account myself, and it seems that you were right - Seal of righteousness does not do any damage when an opponent dodges,parries or blocks a seal infused attack. However I've also tested whether the Seal of Righteousness should add the damage of it's seal component to judgements and it turns out that it should. The proof is in the screenshots below:
