[FIXED] Howling Fjord Bugged Quests (Horde side of view)

While there are more important issues than a couple quests (especially with such XP rates), it would be nice to see some of these quests fixed.
Not 100% sure about quests where mobs can not be found (used wowhead's coordinates)


- Apply Heat and Stir
It is impossible to get Balanced Concoction (required for quest completion). First time using the Empty Apothecary's Flask fails (10 times out of 10) and after using it second time it simply disappears, forcing you to reacquire quest.

- Draconis Gastritis
Using Tillinghast's Plagued Meat spawns a visible trigger bunny that doesn't work. The drakes flying above won't land nor anything else happens, making this quest uncompletable.

- Adding Injury to Insult
Using Vrykul Insult on Bjorn Halgurdsson taunts him (completing first objective of "Bjorn Halgurdsson insulted") and makes him follow you back to the camp. However, when you kill him (with and without "Insult buff" running, both in camp with NPCs help and on his spawn spot), the second objective "Bjorn Halgurdsson defeated" won't count as completed.

- A Carver and a Croaker
It is impossible to capture (loot) Scalawag Frog. The only option is to attack it, making the quest uncompletable.

- Gambling Debt
The gossip option is not available. Attacking him doesn't trigger the friendly phase at 75%, 50% or 25% HP.

- The Lost Shield of the Aesirites
Captain Ellis isn't on, below, above or anywhere near the ship or that part of Howling Fjord.

- Stop the Ascension!
Halfdan the Ice-Hearted, the mob that you spawn by using Vrykul Scroll of Ascension is friendly and can not be killed.

- The Fallen Sisters
Using Lurielle's Pendant on Chill Nymph doesn't account for quest objective. Also, supposedly at 30% there should appear message, saying "Chill Nymph appears weak" and pendant should be usable only then.

- The Rune of Command
The killing part works perfectly, however when it comes to using Rune of Command on Stone Giant, it spawns a guardian, but doesn't complete the objective of "Test Rune of Command"

- Rivenwood Captives
Noone appears when you destroy Riven Widow Cocoons (20 cocoons destroyed, no quest NPCs, no aggresive mobs, nothing, nada.)

- The Cleansing
After using altar, Inner Turmoil (hostile mob) doesn't spawn, making the quest uncompletable.

- Necro Overlord Mezhen
At coordinates of 38 12 there is no Necro Overlord Mezhen.

- The Frost Wyrm and its Master
While the Frost Wyrm actually floats above the area, it is impossible to call him down (unless you fly up to the top of mountains or other high terrain and taunt him there, but even then only "killing frost wyrm" part can be completed), also Glacion is missing and Wyrmcaller's Horn can not be obtained.

- Swabbin' Soap
The giant sea lion, Big Roy, can not be found anywhere near 32 79.

Just click the cauldron.

I remove the test rune part.

Thank you for swift response and fast fixes :} Expected this thread to just slowly drown down to page 12 and be forgotten by everybody.
Sadly, new fixes, new bugs :}

- A Carver and a Croaker & Gambling Debt
Looting frog works, however there is a small problem with "Silvermoon" Harry. From Neutral he changed to hostile, making A Carver and a Croaker and some of the previous quests in the questchain uncompletable. (maybe just switch him back to neutral?)

- The Fallen Sisters
Killing works, but right now the mob that must be killed is Frost Nymph (neutral mobs, roaming around questgiver) instead of Chill Nymph (found in area at around 51 26)

- The Rune of Command
Don't know what went wrong, but quest functions just as before, requiring you to test the rune (which doesn't work).

- Rivenwood Captives
Same problem as before, killing cocoons doesn't spawn anything nor count towards quest completion.

- Jack Likes His Drink
Talking with Olga, the Scalawag Wench should start an event, but there is no such option. This quest is identical to Gambling Debt, so maybe just add Jack Adams' Debt to loot table of Jack Adams?

- Warning: Some Assembly Required
Using quest item spawns a friendly abomination that just stands in place.
Normally you should be able to control him and blow up (fun!) surrounding mobs, but that doesn't work. Maybe just make killing mobs normally count towards quest completion?

- The Slumbering King
There are no mobs inside terrace (should be Queen Angerboda, Lich King and a cool event).

- Of Keys And Cages
While both keys (large & small) dropped from first mob I killed, no other keys dropped from following ~10 mobs. After destroying one of the keys, it dropped again.
The biggest issue is that unlocking cages doesn't count towards quest completion.

- Eyes of the Eagle
The mob itself is unatackable and flies above reach.
At the base of waterfall at around 41 37 should be a nest with eggs in it, that can be used to call eagle down.

- The Way to His Heart...
The fishing part doesn't work. Here's how it should work:

This - for some reason - took a bit to figure out. You need to collect fish, these fish are found in schools off the coast of the isle of spears in the southern region where you cross over to the isle w/ the Scalawag Point on it. These schools have a use icon over them so, go pick up 2 or 3 schools worth of fish.

Now that you have the fish, you have to be able to get a Bull to the Cow. To do this stand 20 yards from the bull on the isle with the scalawag point on it - and throw the bull a fish. Once you do this he will run at you. Back up 20 more yards and throw another fish, each time you throw one he'll run to the pt you were standing at, so continue to back up until you are able to stand on the isle of the spears and on a rock w/ a cow on it. The two should have hearts over their heads and you should get quest credit.

A Carver and a Croaker & Gambling Debt - i made a copy of the npc , but it will work after restart.

The Fallen Sisters - npc changed , probably typpo

The Rune of Command - try it again

Rivenwood Captives - it works but you have to abandon and take it back

Jack Likes His Drink - item added to loot table

Kill 10 Plagued Dragonflayer Tribesman.

Spawned Queen Angerboda.

Collect 10 [Gjalerbron Cage Key].

Talonshrike attackable.

The Way to His Heart... - Throw a fish to him , he will attack you , and if you slain him the quest will be completed.

"Silvermoon" Harry Now is friendly and his hostile copy is nowhere to be seen (probably killed by friendly Harry?).
Also, he no longer offers vendor option or any quests.

Perhaps it would be easier to simply make him the way he was before (neutral, on gossip window you could choose to open vendor or take quests) and simply add "Silvermoon" Harry's Debt to his loot table?
