Blood Plague si frost fever tin 15sec (cu 6din talente 21) iar pe freakz tin doar 20. plz fix am nev pierd 4kdmg/10sec din cauza asta

secunda 0 nu ai numarat`o? ca si in secunda 0 are un tick

Se considera 1 secunda prima cand il pui. Deci oricat de rapid aii fii o sa iti zica incepand cu 20 de secunde, la Frost Fever. Nu e bug.

imi zici ca nu e bug cand pe blizz folosesc un rotation si aici mi se duc disease cu 1 sec mai rpd? glumesti cred. sau glyph of disease le face cu 1 sec mai putin nu stiu care din ele dar e bug. si nu ma refer prin 1tick. ma prefer prin 1sec

fii atent . eu pun disease pe target si le dau refresh ca asa e rotationu meu. Si cand le dau refresh AMBELE au 20sec in loc de 21.Acum am testat. Da deci bugu nu e de la glyph. e de la talent sau de la disease insine.

Nu, tine 21. Iti arata 20 pentru ca sta 1 secunda si cand e spre zero
