[FIXED] Molten Core/Conflagrate (Fix included)

Right now, because Molten Core increases the duration of Immolate, the damage inflicted by Conflagrate also increases tremendiously. However the damage done by Immolate upon the activation of Conflagrate should be based on the fact that Immolate has a base duration of 15 seconds and Conflagrate should count it as so. Even though Molten Core increases it's duration, the damage of Conflagrate(Immolate) should not change because of that. That's me, but I didn't update to the latest trinity version on Freakz yet, I'm currently converting all my private/custom fixes so I can update.
