Judgement of Wisdom/Light

Only auto-attacks are able to trigger the effects of either Judgement of Light or Judgement of Wisdom. However as the tooltip says - each of the paladin's attack should have a chance to trigger the effects of the corresponding judgements, meaning both offensive physical attacks and spells and from what I've been able to gather is that all classes with their DPS skills should be able to activate the effect, I am not however fully sure as to which skills should be able to do so. This actually has very large implications regarding PVE content as pretty much all DPS classes should be able to benefit from these skills. I didn't incorporate any screenshots into my report, because they would prove absolutely nothing as they would show nothing.

Below is absolute and undeniable proof that judgements had been functioning like that since day 1.

I've also bothered to check pretty much every single website I could find of official blizzard patchnotes regarding Judgement activation and this is pretty much all there is. My current understand is that all direct damage skills should have a chance to activate them, except periodic damage. If you piece the patchnotes together, you will probably get the same picture. I think that both of them have a 4 second internal cooldown. Also, the internal cooldown is for the attacker and not the debuff itself, for example if 1 guy hits the target and it procs, guy number 2 shouldn't have to wait 4 seconds to have the opportunity to proc it - he should have his own seperate internal cooldown.

the effect of this 2 judge its trigered only if you are in party/raid with that paladin.

UPDATE:
Judgement of Light - It now seems that it can be triggered by all melee attacks excluding judgements (meaning Auto-attacks,Crusader Strike and Divine Storm), but not ranged spells. (It should however have a chance to be activated by both melee and ranged skills as proven in the original post.)

Judgement of Wisdom - It now seems that it can be activated by... wait for it... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Yes ladies and gentlemen - nothing can proc this skill, meaning that it is an utter piece of garbage and a waste of space in our skill books. (It should however have a chance to be activated by both melee and ranged skills as proven in the original post).
