Ciudata treaba... incearca treaba cu ping -t wow.freakz.ro in timp ce ai un lag spike si vezi daca ai ms mai mare. Daca ai ms tot la fel de mic inseamna ca nu e de la peering sau de la net.

Exact acelasi lucru mi se intampla si mie
Eu am net de la o firma particulara, HotMin, dar nu va zice nimic numele.
Cand pun IP de router am un lag imens: http://img541.imageshack.us/img541/2504/screennr001.jpg
am noroc ca mai am si un IP de rezerva, un IP de server: http://img705.imageshack.us/img705/631/screennr002.jpg
Habar nu am de la ce este problema
IP 1 = 192.168.50.9
IP 2 = 192.168.1.9
Este acelasi net, aceeasi sesiune de windows, doar ca am schimbat IP-ul
