Righteous Vengeance - It can be parried,dodged and blocked. However it shouldn't because it's a magical effect and it can be dispelled. Also for some odd reason wowhead names it as being physical, but it's not as I have mentioned it earlier it can be dispeled and it also deals holy damage. Only the critical strike damage is counted as physical (meaning 200%) when you receive the tier 9 piece 2 set bonus. Here are some screenshots as proof of it's misbehaviour. This bug wasn't present before the revision update.
