Frost Nova (Bug/Fix)

Frost Nova does do it's appropriate damage, but does not apply the freeze/root effect to the damaged target/s. In this screenshot you can see that the Frost Nova debuff was not applied, but the targets were not frozen/rooted. The good news is that you can find the bug fix here.

i've tried to reproduce the bug and ... works fine ... maybe the problem is at a lower rank Thinking

because you are low level.
it might have been possible for the mob to resist it, or have DR with frostbite.
