slice and dice bug?

Salut, nu stiu exact cum se calculeaza dar la prima vedere e bug la slice and dice

2 printuri cu rogu si cu speedu , 1 print fara slice and dice si unu cu .

Am incerkt sa il aduc la speed 1 sa nu existe interpretari.

Abilitatea spune ca reduce Speedul care il ai cu 40% , de la speed 1 sa am 0.60

+40% haste = swing time reduced by 1-(1/(1+0.40)) or 28.57%

=>2.5 weapon speed reduced to ~1.786 sec
or 2.0 weapon speed reduced to ~1.429 sec
or 1.5 weapon speed reduced to ~1.071 sec

remember that Slice and Dice stacks multiplicatively with Blade Flurry (20%)

swing time reduced by 1-1/((1+0.40)*(1+0.20)) or 40.47%

=>2.5 weapon speed reduced to ~1.488 sec
or 2.0 weapon speed reduced to ~1.190 sec
or 1.5 weapon speed reduced to ~0.893 sec

these also stack with Lightning Reflexes (10%)

swing time reduced by 1-1/((1+0.40)*(1+0.20)*(1+0.10)) or 45.89%

=>2.5 weapon speed reduced to ~1.353 sec
or 2.0 weapon speed reduced to ~1.082 sec
or 1.5 weapon speed reduced to ~0.812 sec
