Descrierea bugului:- Dmg-ul scaleaza intradevar de <spell power>, are sansa de <crit>(desi nu la capacitatea care trebuie) insa NU e afectat de <Haste>
Ticul procuieste la fiecare 3 sec indiferent de haste.
Am testat asta la -0 Haste rating- vs. -952 Haste rating-

E pacat ca spelu asta e foarte important ca elemental shaman. Sper ca se va rezolva.

OMG, vorbim de PVE aici, de o anumita rotatie, care din cauza ca acel dot nu este afectat de haste complica putin lucrurile + ca din ce scrie el acolo am mai inteles ca acel dot nu da crit.
Arcane emeigiei in PVE foloseste doar 2 skills + 2 macrouri, this is imbah.

Da confirm ,in plus foarte rar prind crit cu el... desi am 34% crit chance.
