Probema Redirecte

Sall, as vrea sa tin redirecte la sv, am urmat toate instructiunile, am scris numele meu la proprietar, iar apoi am dat de redirect starter, si imi da o eroare : The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135).Click OK to terminate the application. Va rog ajutatima. Multumesc.

instaleaza Net Framework 2.0 & Net Framework 3.5 versiunea 2.0 si va merge
