[FIXED] REMINDER OnLocation Spells(AOE)

Toate spellurile care au pointer (cerc) la cast (sa alegi tu locul) nu ar trebui sa mearga date daca tu nu esti in LoS cu mijlocul radiusului.
Spells:Flare , Blizzard , Rain of Fire , Shadowfury , Death and Decay , Volley , Hurricane , Freezing Arrow , Distract .

Proof : http://i56.tinypic.com/2yjq2dd.jpg ( stiu ca e cataclysm dar nu s-a modificat asta)

Other things:Daca centru radiusului e in Los-ul tau , iar radiusul trece prin pilon , are efect spellul.(Gen dai mass dispel in coltul stalpului iar radiusul trece si pe partea cealalta , avand efect).

Cred ca am acoperit toate spellurile , daca am uitat vreo unu postati.
