Mind Soothe nu are nici nu ar trebui sa "mearga" PvP, cel putin nu faza aia cu "reducing the range at which it
will attack you by 10 yards", insa merge ca si reflect breaker.

mind soothe este relativ folositor in pve ca sa micsorezi aggro range cu 10 yds...

nimic mai mult.

nu are cum sa functioneze in pvp. un astfel de mecanism ar fi foarte OP.
la fel ca si taunt.
