Mage Frost talent Precision (reduces the mana cost and increases your chance to hit with spells by X%) nu Functioneaza.
Am dual spec pe mag pe unul din specuri am Precision 3/3 si pe altul nu am bagat.
Am acelasi Hit rating cand schimb de pe un spec pe altutl!

ceea ce zohl vrea sa zica este ca nu iti apare hit ratingul la character tab, dar totusi se pune.

Nici nu trebuie sa apara pentru ca precision nu da HIT RATING, nu v-am facut degeaba spell readerul: https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=29440&&name=precision
