Eroare conectare server filezilla

Cand incerc sa ma conectez cu filezilla la un server imi apare asa :

Acceiasi problema o am si eu...ma ajuta cineva? Va rog...nu as incerca sa folosesc filezila,dar nu pot pune fisiere mai mari de 2mb prin gamecp...

dati si voi un ping pe ip ala... daca primiti pachete e discutabil s-ar putea sa fie de la voi daca nu sunteti "banati" pentru mai stiu eu ce motiv.. sau pur si simplu lea picat netu (lol)
