World quests are not showed on map

WoW Freakz link: The map (M) in the game
Bug description:

Hello. I thought that for Legion addon it's supposed that world quests are being showed on the map (M).

When I started playing this server - it surely worked. But now it doesn't. I actually don't remember when it stopped.
My character name is:
Exvanderlord

I tried to turn off all the addons, but it didn't helped.

Hello. First I would like to inform you that there is an addon included in the files that the launcher downloads when you start it/or when you install the torrent, there is an addon inside, which shows you the world quests on the mini-map. Judging by your screenshots however, I would assume that you don't have world quests unlocked yet, meaning that you haven't got to friendly reputation with all Legion factions, or you haven't turned in the quest at Archmage Khadgar. You should have all addons enabled in order to be able to see the world quests on your mini-map.

This should be shown on your Map when you have World Quests unlocked/enabled:



And this is the addon which you need to have enabled:

Unfortunately your advice about addons didn't work: those addon is just not included in that pack -

The only addons displayed here are 'mine' which I manually downloaded before:

So right now I intentionally and once again downloaded the whole torrent pack and a launcher separately via this link:

And it seems to be the described addon is not there.

Anyway thank you for the other recommendations about factions reputation and quests! Looks like I really didn't achieve some necessary points yet.
And by the way: which exactly quest I had to turn at Archmage Khadgar? I'm pretty sure that I did and would like to check that.

The quest that you need to do in order to unlock your world quests is this one: https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=43341&&name=uniting-the-isles.
It's called "Uniting the Isles" and it ends at Archmage Khadgar in Dalaran.
As for the addon, if that one doesn't work for you, you can always download and install an external one.
