votepoints "bug"

Am o problema cu votepoints. Practic am urmat pasii pentru a vota, apoi mi-a spus sa astept intre 15-20 de minute pentru ca punctele sa fie acordate, iar dupa vreo jumatatate de ora, apare :
~Ultima data ai votat (tu sau altcineva de pe IP-ul tau) pe: Niciodata
~Vei putea vota din nou in: Acum.

Cred ca mai sunt si altii cu problema asta
