wep appearence cant be saved

Bug description: I bought the staff (eredar staff ) from vote shop for 101 vote points so i can transmog it, but when i recieved it , it just wont save the look , what ever i do i keeps saying " you haven't collected this appearance". I have equiped the staf, reloged , kept him all night loged out with the staff equiped and deleted cache folder but nonthin.i cant seem to save the appeareance. thank you.
