3rd locked relic slot - main spec not opened

Hello,

I just exp my druid to 110 after migration, where i state my main spec as resto, but i leveled up as balance. Now i am in beggining of campaing in class hall (quest chain is in progress slightly after receiving all artecfacts for each spec), but I have only OFF-spec balance artefact with open 3 relic slots, but main resto spec have only 2 opened.

Is it somehow possible to change that, and open resto 3rd relic spot ? (also as i know after patch 7.3 3rd relic slots should be opened automatically, without having to finish campain). Or some advice what is the fastest way to open that 3rd relic ? Thx in advance.

Relog while you're in the specs that have their slot still locked and it will be opened.
