Also, it looks more like a ragequit rather than gtg, that's how all other teams do after they lose 2-3 games in a row.

well i personaly dont care if you were online i do not play o that server that much anyway mostly just log on for 10-15mins

Since you can get 90% of your gear by doing "8 games for cap" and the season never ends (there is no need to rush you will eventually get Cataclysmic), people actually see no purpse of doing 3s especially when there are max 2 other teams in queue (its not fun). SIMPLE AS FVCK. You can partially blame Blizzard for that too. On WOTLK you couldn't complete the 5/5 set without doing 3s but the shoulders were actually on 2000 rating (which was reachable for less dedicated players) so people did 3s even on private servers.

3's is dead for obvious reasons.

1: most people here cannot reach 2200.
2: you might see 40 people in 2's but 36 are only there for cap with some random partner. finding a 2's partner for rating is very difficult, finding another to join 3's, nearly impossible.
3: queues are too long
4: giving the incentive to get your tier 2 weapon is irrelevant. since 3's is pretty much dead here, that means almost no one else will have their tier 2 weapon either, which means you have no reason to need it as you're pretty much equal against everyone side from donors.
5: population on this server is pretty low.
6: most people join bg's, get slaughtered, and decide they don't like pvp and never decide to learn it.
7: pve requres little learning, so players can feel they are "good" without much effort.

If you want an active 3's, you should first focus on making an active 2's. random cap teams does not qualify as "active".

How come 2k on genesis and 1.5k on exodus is low? (numbers @ peak time)
I`ve played on a 1.2k pop server and 3v3 was just fine, 2 months per season and people pushed +2.3k and 2 teams over 2.4k.
