Has anybody had the problem before when casting Tranquility to get only 1 stack of the HoT(happened to me 3-4 times until now) ?

Sometimes during raids when i use tranquility(idk how this happens it's random) when i cast tranquility(full channel) i get only one stack from it. Happened with and without soul of the forest active.
It rarely happens tho.

Update: It seems that does happen. I still have no idea why or how. Im gonna post here any updates i have.

This happened again during a 25h durumu and i didn't get any of the HoT stacks O__O.(happened once but the healing was still received)

Happened again today two times.
Once at megaera 10n and it only put 1 stak,and 2nd time at ji-kun with only 2 staks when i did it with soul of the forest.

Hi there,
first i want to apologize for having you wait for my reply this long. As i said, i managed to reproduce that but i didnt know why it happens since my druid is guardian/feral, it was hard for me to figure this out. So, Tranquility heals 5 people (on 10 man) with lowest hp. Each TICK of the spell on these people gives a stack. The target choice is dynamically updated for each tick of your tranquillity during channeling. Simply said, people you heal with it, will change on every tick, depending on their HPs.

1st thing i noticed is that haste rating % isnt same as retail, as resto i need 11500 haste for same amount of haste percent as with 13300 on retail, try to check it out cuz its bit odd, 2nd on 2 lifebloom stacks when you heal with regrowth the target gets 3rd lifebloom stack for free, 3rd the 2 set bonus on tier 15 resto druid isnt working at all. 1. We are still with Throne of Thunder gear, so i dont think anyone will mind that.
2. You are right, i just made a Bug Report
3. Can you give me some proof? I dont have 2 set Resto bonus on any of my druids.

Actually the 2 piece set for resto druids works.The only thing is that the efflorescence heals 4 ppl instead of 3.

It seems the restoration druids will get a really good start in SoO.
Got my first raid 150-170 hps for the protectors(didn't kill them tho,have to retry with 7 heals instead of 5)
Reccomendations:- Use glyph of regrowth more as well as the healing touch one when you get 2 piece set(still haven't got it but it will be a great addition to my healing,usually in 25man raids i rejuv at least 5-7 ppl so it will make the CD on nature's swiftness go down really fast);
-Soul of the forest will help ALOT in the first encounters(at this time immerseus and the protectors) you pop it with a tranquility and you can manage to keep the raid alive.For immerseus(10 man) it's good to keep the combo for the last 2-3 split's of immerseus since the damage will go far up in the sky.For the protectors the combo goes well in the bubble phase(when dat bubble spawns in the middle and you need to stack;that moment is like the most intense dmg dealing phase in the raid)
-keep ironbarks only for tanks(and by only i really mean ONLY for tanks,the dpses can be ressurected )
-Also the mana will go down like a at the proterctors soooooo take good care of it

Sorry for bringing back to life this topic but I kinda have a little dilema, is Clearcasting able to cancel the 5 stacks of Sage Mender effect ( t16 2 set bonus ) because Clearcasting says clear that cast-time spells are effected, when with those stacks your Healing Touch is kinda no longer a cast spell, or it doesn't effect each other so that's why they are both consumed when you use the spell when you have both of them active.
