64bit Launcher gives error

The 64 bit launcher recently started taking 30 seconds plus to load to a non responsive white screen and would freeze.
I am able to use the 32 bit launcher to log in but some game features dont work correctly.
If I restart my PC and immediately launch the 64 bit, it goes through normally.

When I started with Freakz months ago, I had no problem logging in.

Read only is off.
Run as Admin is on.
Temps and caches have been cleared.
WTF renamed.

WIN 10 Enterprise
32 GB RAM
1 TB Samsung SSD

Hello bandit1167,

The error code specified in the launcher indicates missing permissions.

Are you sure that ALL launcher and WoW executables are set to run as administrator?

Furthermore, are you sure that the .dll file for the 64-bit launcher is present in the folder and not being prevented from running by an anti-virus software? The fact that you say it's working if you immediately start it upon booting up the PC makes this the most logical assumption. (Redownloading the launcher might be worth a try in case something is/has meddled with it already)

In contrary to what the poster above has said, the Freakz folder should preferably NOT be in Program Files, as that is in fact a folder which could cause permission problems.

Here is a fun fact, it works completely the opposite, the moment i remove the folder from my program files, i get what the OP has, and its only applied to 64 client.

I took both of your advices. I updated the VC++, the .NET framework and moved the entire folder to the Program Files folder. Plus I re-downloaded the launcher.

I have had no problems logging in. Thank you to both responders for your help.
