"A gift of the six" bugged on 2 chars

Hello.
I completed the quest on all my chars on all specs with at least 35 talents. For everyone all went well.
On my warrior (grogghi) and priest (superdottato) something went wrong, i did the quest to empower my protection and holy artifacts but i didn't get the upgraded versions for those specs. The event of the quest for other specs (arms fury and shadow) for those chars went fine.
What can I do? I tried to ask via in game ticket but the interaction is terrible and gms understood that i couldn't get the quest at all.

You can't do much as it's already multiple times reported on the forum. You can wait for a fix

Oh, sorry, I didn't see the other threads.
I'll wait then.

The only thing I can add that could help is that what interfered was *maybe* the lfr call that came while I was channeling with the six archmages. Or the fact that i moved after the q was completed but before the event ended.
I hope this helps with the fix.
