Dispeller on BH

Hello. I'm having a problem. I do not understand when to dispell in bh.

Argaloth puts a debuff called consuming shadows on 3 players - it must be dispelled. Its magic so if u are not priest u must have the skill learned in your skill tree. The easiest way to do it is to use an addon called decursive, but if u have slow pc i suggest not to use it.
Deadly boss modes announce it, so shouldn't be a problem.

Just turn ON the castable debuffs on the Blizz raid UI and when you see blue dot dispell. There's no need of fancy addons that just make ur fps go down when everything that you need is implanted from Blizzard already.
