Achievements

[Triggerlolx]

Hello, I would like to ask question about achievements which were transfered from MoP.
So I have transfered achievements from my MoP char Triggerlolx, however currently on Legion im playing on char Triggergodx, however after I have transfered achievements from MoP, only Triggerlolx on Legion got all achievements, my main char Triggergodx got only some of them, for example I have explorer achievement done on Triggergodx, but when you open it, you can see you don`t have achievements for exploration of smaller areas, for example explore Nagrand etc. I have read on wowhead that almost all achievements should be account wide, same goes with mounts, so is this going to be fixed in future or should we just farm achievements again?
I would also like to point that on transfered character you have achievements for exalted reputation, but when you open your reputation tab, all reputation is neutral.

I have already read the post about transfers. I am asking because most achievements should be account wide.
