Achievment uncompleted - Utgarde Keep v2

Bug description: Ok, I did it again today, Heroic version. Same things happened. It doesnt count in any achievments, not the Utgarde Keep achievments, not the Nothend Dungeonmaster achievments, not Champions of the frozen wastes. And I don't really have a screenshot for this, but same thing happened with Mal'Ganis in Culling of Stratholme.

Those are the only 2 I need to complete the achievments above, but they just don't work.

Confirmed, I tested on normal, heroic and mythic (=heroic too) and always the last boss didn't count towards the achievement.
Also I didn't forget to loot, just in case you question this^^.
