Don't hesitate to read topics that are marked as 'Announcement' from every section of our forum, they contain important information !

General Information

• You've lost an item due to a server crash or you have problems with our Vote shop - Open a new topic at Item Recovery
  
  
• You've got an issue with a donation you have made ? - Send an email to "[email protected]"
  
  
• You've stumbled upon a bug and you want to notify us ? - Visit Bug Reports and report under the correct section
  
  
• You've come across a game breaking exploit - Follow the instructions in Rewards for exploits !
  
  
• You saw someone cheating or you were insulted by someone ? - Report them in Ban and Mute Request
  
  
• Have been banned/muted unfairly or by a mistake? - Open a request in Unban / Unmute requests
  
  
• You've heard someone talk about an upcoming event but don't know what's it about ? - Find out all the details Active Events
  
  
• You just downloaded World of Warcraft and you want some nifty addons to make your interface cooler ? - You might find something you like in Addons
  
  
• You want to recover your old lost account ? - Follow the instructions mentioned on Recover your lost account topic
  

You won't get helped in the following situations;

• You tried to exchange/sell your account with someone else and that guy tricked you
  
• Somebody entered your account and deleted your characters/items or stolen your gold
  
• You shared your account with someone and now is having some issues with the account or that person
  
• You were banned and you are trying to put the guilt on someone who might have entered your account (mother, father, sister, etc)
  

Additional Information;

• Deleted characters can be recovered with Character list script
  
• You can unstuck any character from your account with Unstuck script
  
• You can see all the IP addresses that have logged on your account with the Logs script
