Recovering Your Lost Account

We know there are several players out there that lost their accounts long time ago and would love to get them back, we have decided to retrieve those accounts as long as their owners can prove that the account really belonged to them.

In order to proceed, send a private message to Sarah on the forums with the message format mentioned below:

1. Username of the Account :
   
2. The E-Mail Address of the account :
   
3. The Names of characters that can be found on the account :
   
4. Approximate date of creating the Account :
   
5. People in Friend list :
   
6. Notable Items in Bags & Items bought with Vote Points or WoW Shop :
   
7. Screenshots of you playing on Characters Related to the Account (upload images to imgur and link) :
   
8. Any Other Piece of Information you consider worth mentioning :
   

Note 1 - If everything you mentioned is valid and confirmed, you will be given a new random password !

Note 2 - Do not try to waste our time by providing false information or making fake request, you will be permanently banned !

Note 3 - We wont reset your account e-mail under any condition!

Note 4 - If your account was hacked, we won't recover anything that was stolen/deleted from your characters!

Note 5 - Recovery requests on Discord DMs will be ignored. We can only handle them through forum PMs.

All PMs must be written in English. Bug reports in PMs will be ignored - use the Bug Report section on the forum.
