Bug description: In a previous bug report that's been confirmed it says that the trinket can be swapped and the proc kept. This is not a bug as only buffs from USE trinkets should be removed along with the trinket. The procs should remain as it can be seen from the following 2 videos recorded on retail. And yes, the expansion is different, however there are 0 changes to trinkets and the way they proc in any of the changelogs.
This applies to ALL trinkets, not only the alchemy one.
I fully agree that the trinket should NOT proc out of combat as it doesn't work on retail either. But the buff should remain on the player if the trinket is swapped.
