Asus X555L - problema la oprire

Am cumparat recent un laptop asus x555l (nu are 2 saptamani) de pe pc garage.Toate bune si frumoase, pun win10 pe el, etc.
Pana intr-o zi cand era low la baterie, l-am pus la incarcat, am bagat un meci de lol si s-a luat curentul intre timp. Am incercat sa opresc laptop-ul insa cand am dat "Inchidere" s-a oprit monitorul etc. insa hdd-ul inca mai functiona iar led-ul de power al laptopului era aprins. Ca sa-l opresc de tot i-am dat "force turn off".

De atunci, asa imi face de cate ori stau mai multa vreme la laptop (nu conteaza ca se incalzeste sau nu, eu initial credeam ca e de la incalzire). Aveti idee de la ce e si cum pot rezolva?

E bug de windows 10. Câteodatã, sau frecvent nu știe sa dea shutdown. Mie de exemplu, dupã ce îi dau shutdown, mi se aprinde instant in desktop, ca și când i-aș fi dat sleep, apoi wake. Nici sleep și hibernate nu merg așa bine, stãrile fiind foarte sensibile la tot ce înseamnã porturi usb. Funcția wake from usb nu funcționeazã cum trebuie pe windows 10. Încearcã un windows 7 bun. Cel mai probabil nu o sã-ți mai facã așa.

Incearca: Click dreapta pe desktop -> Create new Shortcut -> La "Type the location of the item" scrie urmatoarele (cu tot cu "Freakz e Baza") -> shutdown -F -T 13 -C “Freakz e Baza”

Ok, deci bugul cu shutdown mi se intampla doar dupa ce folosesc laptopul o perioada (gen ma uit la un film,ma joc ceva etc) nu patesc de fiecare data.
Am testat azi comanda cu shortcut si nu a aparut bug-ul - de data asta - posibil sa fi fost doar un caz fericit.

EDIT: Nu merge, same story.

Bug de windows 10. Daca te deranjeaza incearca sa faci un downgrade la 8.1 sau chiar 7. Scapi de problema. Eventual mergi in settings la power management si bifeaza acolo la apasarea butonului de power sa isi ia direct shut down.

^ S-a rezolvat ?

Dupa o multitudine de problema la Windows 10 (ca si blocare sistem de pana la 10 secunde cand bagam castile pe USB si eram deja intr-un joc; load greoi in taburi; 2 erori la Kernel; probleme cu unele jocuri) -> Am dat downgrade la 8.1
