I'd suggest to replace Sephuz with the dreamcatcher (for single target) or SotA (for AOE fights or M+ ). Also, try to keep yourself around 24% haste.

If you die, the hidden aura that the kit applies on you gets cancelled, therefore no charm will drop for you anymore, unless you re-take the quest.

Itemele nu dispar asa din senin. Posibil sa fi fost o problema la echiparea itemului (no idea why but it's a hypothesis).

I suggest that a comments section should be implemented for all entries in the database searcher, like the one from Wowhead.
Players should be able to upvote/downvote comments, based on usefulness.
We need this because some items/objects/quests/etc don't behave exactly like they should, and sometimes that's not very ...

I guess they set 890 as base ilvl because this is the base ilvl of the first wing of TOS normal (and this is all we have for now). And this is how it was when 7.2 was released.
