[Database] Implement a "Comments" section for entries

I suggest that a comments section should be implemented for all entries in the database searcher, like the one from Wowhead.
Players should be able to upvote/downvote comments, based on usefulness.

We need this because some items/objects/quests/etc don't behave exactly like they should, and sometimes that's not very intuitive. Examples include bosses that bug out if you dps them too quickly, custom fixed quests, and so on. Searching through forums is not always successful, since the problem can be vague.

There could be some system to encourage ppl to use this section and help fellow players, something like obtaining a certain number of upvotes AND moderator approval (to prevent people from abusing) - and the reward should be vote points (2 to 5 or something like that) or reputation on forums.

Site Database already shows ongoing bug topics about the searched criteria, not really needed to overload every page for anything which the DB displays.

well, if something is custom fixed (like a quest that requires you to use some quest item somewhere, but instead got fixed to only trigger completion after interacting to some npc), the link to the bug disappears from its page.
