[Azsuna] - Senegos (Phasing bug after "Hunger's End")

Bug description:

I've completed Hunger's End to unlock 2nd chapter in Azsuna for Balance Of Power quest chain but Senegos disappeared (got phased) and now he's missing.
I went to my class hall to pick up The Power Within and when I got back to Azsuna Senegos is still missing.

Proof:

I checked the database for Senegos and there are 3 Senegos NPCs during different stages of phasing but I can't see any version of him.

All 3 instances of Senegos have visibilty conditions, when I completed Hunger's End Senegos disappeared and I've tried relogging/deleting cache but I'm stuck at The Power Within
I turned this quest in and I still can't see Senegos to pick up Eye of Azshara: The Heart of Zin-Azshari

Confirmed, same for me, phasing out when getting close

if i go to the tunnel entrance i can see him, he would offer the quest since i can see the mark abowe his head, but as i get closer he disappeares

Can confirm it, the same thing is happening to me. As soon as i get close to him he disappears and i can't take the quest from him

Yes this entire thing is a mess. The phasing bug completely shuts you off from completing Azsuna Matata achievement if you complete 2nd chapter of it. Unable to access Those Who Remember to continue to 3rd chapter of Azsuna Matata and continue Balance of Power quest chain.

I don't know how you managed to break so many things. These quest chains worked so well in 7.2.5. Really a shame how many phasing bugs there are.

Same issue, can't get access to Those Who Remember quest in order to finish the chapter Azsuna versus Azshara becasue Senegos is fading away while geting near him. I already finished the rest of them. Can you please fix this?

You get the quest "The last of the Last" and "Those who remember" before you can complete Hunger's end but as for the quest https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=40668&&name=eye-of-azshara-the-heart-of-zin-azshari can't be picked up after completing "Hunger's end"
