Being able to get 3 traits while having Artifact weapon at 71

Bug description: [Probably not a shaman isolated issue] I was able to get 3 traits for the second relic to 3 traits at crucible, while having artifact weapon at lvl 71, should be possible @72.

I will move this to PVE since I've seen it happen on other classes aswell but I have no idea how to reproduce, if anyone knows anything feel free to comment here.

Happened to me , my druid Adolfhitler got 75 trait on feral and got the achievement then when i logged to my pala alt on holy spec with 70 trait he got all 3 traits unlocked, my guess would be its the account wide achievement that unlocks all traits on all alt at that one instance.

I tried reproducing this then by making my druid 75 trait on balance , now it did not unlock the 75 trait on my pala that was on retribution spec i guess because i already got the achievement?

it probably happens when you have 2nd traits of all 3 relics same familly which is either shadow or light that can happen only on lvl 74 i guess. just check the 2nd trait of your relic if all of them are shadow or light
