Blacklist - Confirmed Genesis Ninjas

*Please read those rules to avoid raiding with a ninja player!

1) Always check this topic to see if there's a reported ninja in your raid.
2) You can always find the best suitable guild for you here.
Note: If you would like an elite guild, you will be needed to achive some requirements to join that guild(for example ilvl:some guilds accept people with 390+ ilvl; DPS: the most common DPS is 20k+ with own buffs + flasks/food, and so on.)
3) You can use The Black List Addon which will give you a warning if you are joining a raid with a blacklisted player.
4) To create a raid it's very easy. All you need it's patience and a little strategy, to know what classes do you need.
5) If you are leading a raid, and somebody unknown to you beggs for raid leader just for indications, raid warnings, don't do as he speaks,'cause he will probably never give you leader again, ninja the boss, and the one that is going to be blamed is YOU!
6) When raiding try to do your best to reach the maximum DPS your character can make, because it DOES matter when the master looter shares the loot.
7) Don't stay AFK during the encounter, 'couse this will affect raid's DPS and will probably result in a raid wipe.
8) Have some gear before asking for invite.
9) Be patient and cheerfull everytime! Who knows, maybe the guy that won the item will pass it to you! (IF you really need it, OFC!)

RO version @ rules.
1)Mereu verificati topicul acesta sa fiti siguri ca nu este vreun ninja raportat in raidul dvs.
2)Va puteti gasi cea mai potrivita guilda pentru dvs aici.
Nota:Daca ati dori sa va alaturati unei guilde PVE bune, trebuie sa indepliniti niste cerinte ale fiecare guilde. Un bun exemplu ar fi DPS-ul. Unele guilde accepta jucatori care reusesc 20k DPS+ pe dumy cu bufuri prorpii+ mancare/flask. Alta cerinta ar fi ILVL, care in mod general este 390(minimum).
3)Puteti folosi The Black List Addon care va va avertiza daca ati intrat in raid cu un ninja.
4)Pentru a strange oameni pentru un raid este foarte usor. Tot ce iti trebuie este rabdare si putina strategie, pentru a stii ce clase iti mai trebuie.
5)Daca sunteti raid leaderu unui raid si cineva necunoscut dvs. va cere raid leader pentru indicatii, raid warnings, NU FACETI PRECUM SPUNE ACESTA, pentru ca eventual nu va va da leader inapoi, va ninja, si DVS. veti fi vinovatul!
6)Cand sunteti intr-un raid incercati sa dati tot ce puteti, deoarece la share loot conteaza si acest aspect!!
7)Nu stati AFK in timpul unui encounter. Acest lucru poate duce la raid WIPE.
8)Nu cereti invite fara sa aveti ceva gear pe voi!
9)Fiti rabdatori si veseli mereu! Cine stie, poate nu castigati dvs. un item, dar castigatorul doreste sa vi-l paseze!(doar daca CHIAR va trebuie!!)

Additional Info: I rolled higher and he gived item to someone from hes own guild.
Grommgar http://armory.freakz.ro/character-sheet.xml?r=Genesis&&cn=Grommgar,at the beggining of the raid i SAID that everybody will roll for his raid spec.That item is for Enhancement(itemd ID 73585),and from what i saw here:http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=63ruww&&s=5 you were healer,and durra from my guild was dps(enhancement) and hi also rolled higher than shaeszlol,so he won that item and i gave him that item.

Scuze ca intrevin cu un off-topic, dar de ce e in Engleza ?

Powermanz era philipinez si de aia facea in engleza, acum nu mai vad rostul, mai ales ca Ejusdem Generis s-au mutat inapoi pe Exodus. Acum populatia straina de pe server e aproape de 0(cel putin cei care frecventeaza forumul o data pe an).
