Blood Elf heritage armor(and dwarf)

Alright quick question

I play a blood elf and have just grinded Exalted for Silvermoon City, but as I found out the Sin'Dorei heritage armor is not in the game yet, or at least able to be collected outside a Freakz-only event that had gone by. From what I understand the dwarf heritage armor is also in the same situation as they were both part of 8.1(or 8.1.5 idk)

So

Are there any plans to add the questline, or at least be able to obtain it after reaching Exalted; or will I have to wait for the next event?
