Bonus roll item bugged

Hi. So i just pugged skorpyron hc and bonus rolled. The item i received had normal difficulty even if i killed the boss on heroic difficulty. Is there a way to get a heroic item from skorp or to get back my seal of broken fate?

Hello. I hate to bring it to you, but I am not sure that the staff will recover your Seal of Fate or exchange your item with the Heroic version of it. The best thing that can happen in this situation is to have the problem solved and you having reported a bug.

ok, so here's what happened exactly. boss dead, i bonus rolled and it kept looping( spinning and spinning). i used alt-f4 and when i came back i could bonus roll again, without losing a seal for the previous bugged try. so i bonus rolled and i received the normal version of the item.

Sorry, we can't recover the seal / hc item.

This bug was already reported, wait for a fix.
