Broken Shore scenario, artifact, order hall

I'm level 99 it says you can start these events at 98. I had no problem going to new dalaran since I am a dk with new death gate, but the quest The Legion Returns is bugged. The orc you have to speak with in front of orgrimmar isnt there. How do we progress after wod zones? I want to get my artifacts and order hall.

You can't get artifact weapons quite yet.
Please read the announcement on our website - there is a list with stuff you should test and things that you cant test yet. Clearly artifact weapons aren't on the table yet.

It says to test class order halls. Does that disclude the order hall campaign because that's what I'm looking forward to the most out of the whole expansion.

The order hall campaign is not yet scripted, we still have a Legion World zone to finish before I will start to fix the Class Hall Campaign. To continue leveling in Legion go to your class hall to the scouting map and pick a zone

Fixes will be live only after a server restart !

Hey I just noticed that death knights are missing the runeforging spell. Is that intentional? Legion removes the spell? Or a bug?

I believe runeforging was "fixed" but my dk still doesn't seem to have it.
