Bugged character?

Ok, here's my problem.

As you can see in the image below i have trouble with damage on my UH DK Named Toxic.

Here are my white hits during arena on some average geared character:



Here are my Necrotic Strikes:



Here are my Scourge Strikes:



Here are my Death Strikes:



And here are my Death Coils:




As you can see, my average hits are around 2-4k's which is low imo because i'm iLvL 377 DK. With this damage i can't even kill an AFK player in the BG...

About gear, i've got entire ruthless set, vicious offsets and Ruthless weapon. So these numbers should be way higher.

I had trouble with my damage even during 4.0.6. In full PvE gear, iLvL 360 my average spell hits we're somewhere around 11-12k's as unholy while as frost i was doing ok.

Now, i need to know is my character somehow bugged or there's something else bugged with the server?

PS: Yes, i've respeced. Yes, i've visited trainer and learned mastery and yes, i've deleted cache and nothing helps.

I have a similar DK in the same position as yours Toxic. I found that my damage has been generally reduced. Given the fact that we just underwent the patch, it would seem likely that the issue resides with the server. I'd give it a few days and hopefully the developers can take a look at it. Perhaps mess around with frost or another character in the time being? Either way I do see your perspective and I have felt the same on my dk. Let's hope it gets fixed soon.
