Solved by a customer support mail, but now i'm *** scared to switch my spec and my healer off hand still missing.

The missing artifact offhand problem is fixed now.

You simply have to un-equip and Re-equip the artifact < don't do this via spec change or anything, just simply Un-equip it and Re-equip it >
