[COMPLETED] Emissary reward chests and feral druid artefact weapon

Bug description: I have a problem with my artefact weapon for my feral druid when i change spec to feral, the artefact weapon is located only in the main hand and no off hand, and i received the off hand part in my mail but i can't loot it.Same thing happend with the emissary chest rewards, i had 2, and when i tried to get the reward from the emissary rewards i got only the artefact power and the chests i received them via mail, and when i tried to loot them they dissapeared.Please see the below screenshots.First 2 are for the artefact weapon, the last is for the emissary.I tried deleting the cache folder from the wow folder but I still have the same issue.

The missing artifact offhand problem is fixed now.

You simply have to un-equip and Re-equip the artifact < don't do this via spec change or anything, just simply Un-equip it and Re-equip it >
