Details: (optional): There has been a bug as of late, as far as I know, where having legendaries in the main bag (backpack) can lead to it vanishing.
I've tried to make contact via a ticket about the issue. I've lost two items, survival chest and mm feet and I had no idea why until a response ticket had all the details.
Sadly I don't have any screenshot proving I had the items, only a screenshot of a response to my ticket after I noticed both items were gone.
